Ratification Ukraine–European Union Association Agreement

titles iii, v, vi , vii, , related annexes , protocols of agreement have been provisionally applied since 1 november 2014, while title iv has been applied 1 january 2016, far provisions concern eu competences. provisions formally came force on 1 september 2017 following ratification of agreement signatories.

the ratification performed in accordance article 4(2)(b) of maltese european union act, reads that:

provided regard treaties , international conventions malta may accede member state of european union, , treaties , international conventions malta bound ratify in own name or on behalf of european community virtue of membership within european union, these shall come force 1 month following being submitted in order discussed standing committee on foreign , european affairs.
