the niyamasabha consists of following committees statutory in nature , cannot disbanded, though members change.


1. business advisory committee (bac)


the bac primary committee decide agendas listed in each sessions of assembly. convention, opposition leader head of committee leaders of each parliamentary party subjected maximum of 8 members. speaker of house permanent invitee committee.

apart statutory committee, assembly have subject committee each department of government. though not statutory in nature, established house on regular basis monitor , control executive decisions of each department when specific bill intended make legislation comes before assembly. when bill presented , amendments or disputes arise, bills sent subject committee formed such departmental activity.


as per kerala legislature rules, following committees regularly established in house.
