the class council means promote citizenship education. individual learning goals , social interests of pupils focus of class council. self-determination of class includes economic experience excursions, common property , consumption items require funding.


differences between curricular educational objectives , individual learning goals of pupils may lead conflict of interests teacher , class. experiences in class councils have shown pupils eager follow extra-curricular learning objectives.

during introduction stage class teacher can perform necessary administratory tasks. in later stage pupils can rotate offices of chairman, keeper of minutes, rule monitor, time monitor , other tasks. pupils can determine agenda.
