light rail has less impact existing residences , businesses in corridor , natural resources, such wetlands, parks, , historic properties.
light rail has greatest potential carrying capacity
light rail has best travel time
light rail requires lowest investment per user
light rail had stronger potential joint development
light rail reliable , safe option
light rail had stronger community support

additionally, denver mayor john hickenlooper said, light rail offers solution congestion, because if add more highway lanes, filled more cars. can add more , more traffic rail line, , not not slow down, takes more people, mayor hickenlooper continued, combining rail lines highway expansion has lot of appeal voters, ability depends on amount of space available project.
