1999: f s beginning; citiline s replacement

on april 17, 1999, lifestyle show citiline, hosted cory quirino, had move newly opened subsidiary of abs-cbn happened studio 23. management needed solution in order fill show s slot. s when formulated show entitled f focused on life of woman , lifestyle. planned hosted daphne osena-paez, working @ news , current affairs division, abs-cbn managed add actress angel aquino , newcomer cher calvin roster of hosts, became trio called f girls.


2000-2003: f s success 4 years later

after show s pilot year, magazine show became huge hit filipinos. better osena-paez got host lifestyle show guide urban living, produced abs-cbn, didn t leave show having time being host of f. on, f became longest-running , award-winning lifestyle show in country because trio gave exquisite tips on how live better city life, knowledge of trends, fashion , whole lot more.


2003-2006: amanda in; cher out

in 2003, 1 of original hosts of show cher calvin leaves country pursue broadcasting career in united states. leaves aquino , osena-paez original hosts. during latter part of year, show welcomes supermodel amanda griffin replacement calvin. once again, trio became huge hit on philippine television.


2006: f s farewell

the show didn t last long because ratings started low down. f aired last episode on february 26, 2006 due cause. f girls decided part ways after 7 years of working together, bringing filipino viewers different view in lifestyle programming. however, aquino didn t leave hosting of lifestyle show hosted girls actresses cheska garcia , iya villania joining main hosts.


2007-2009: life after f: future plans

after f ceased airing, girls became successful in careers. angel aquino became successful actress , still continuing started @ f lifestyle host. cher calvin became journalist in united states @ ktla-tv. daphne osena-paez started own business selling furniture, became host of lifestyle show urban zone in abs-cbn , amanda griffin still continues being model.


2009: olay tv reunion of f girls after decade

in 2009, f girls reunited once again after 10 years of working in f. had interviews, photoshoots , guest appearances on tv , radio. abs-cbn executives decided original f girls comeback special reminisce days had working again. tv special sponsored olay total effects cream, being advertised in show. f s reunion episode premiered september 27, 2009, 1 day after destruction done typhoon ondoy.
