whereas since date of said will, have built mansion house in residing @ llantysilio , made many additions , improvements in , upon estate , have furnished , fitted said mansion house.

person or persons time being entitled said estate shall have , take full benefit , enjoyment of said mansion house , additions , improvements estate in county of denbigh , use of household furniture, effects of domestic use , plated articles, pictures , works of ornament shall in said mansion house @ time of death heir looms according limitations of said relating said estate.

, bequeath same trustees named in said accordingly held them upon , subject uses, trusts , provisions expressed , declared in , said will.

, whereas have conveyed ecclesiastical commissioners england piece of land @ gorton , site of church called saints church , parsonage house said church , intention build such church , house upon said land.

in case shall not carry such intention effect in lifetime bequeath trustees named in said sum of £10,000 (£1,000,000)* in case shall not have commenced build , in case shall commenced not completed building such sum money expended in lifetime on said object shall make sum of £10,000 them applied in building or competing erection of said church , house in such manner said trustees shall think fit , if whole of said sum of £10,000 (£1,000,000)* shall not required purpose of building said church , house pay ecclesiastical commissioners england balance of said sum £10,000 applied in or towards providing endowment said church , direct said legacy shall paid out of personal estate can legally applied charitable purposes in same manner , priority of payment directed said respect charitable legacies , bequests thereby given or bequeathed in other respects.
