the station has not been served long-distance railway services years. during construction work or other obstruction of west rhine railway have diverted long-distance trains stopped here. exception in 2012, rüdesheim station served 1 long-distance service during 9 september 21 october. service runs on east-bank line , not via koblenz hauptbahnhof.
