1880 - title guarantee company building (also known austin building or ticor building), 110 franklin st., buffalo, ny. first unitarian church (1833, benjamin rathbun) torn down except franklin st. facade, raised 1 story make 3 , redesigned caulkins, @ time building extended in length along eagle street , converted offices. located in joseph ellicott historic district, conversion carried out after congregation relocated new church , stephen g. austin purchased property in 1880. buffalo fine arts academy housed in building 1881 1886.
1881 - (dr. james p.) white building main street erie street (replaced in 1906 taller white building though of cast iron columns of earlier building remain on erie street façade). circa 1880 designed chapin building (demolished 1926).
1882 - caulkins building @ 85-87-89 genesee street @ corner of ellicott (collapsed , demolished after long period of disrepair)

1882 - prospect avenue baptist church (formerly ninth street baptist church), expansion around original church @ 262 georgia street, constructed in 1868. built out of pressed brick brownstone finish part of buffalo s west village historic district
1883 - north dakota territorial (later state) capitol, bismarck, north dakota.
1910 - jane chinn hospital (after 2006 jane chinn heights senior apartments), 1400 austin st., webb city, missouri

other projects included remodel of linwood avenue house on southeast corner of linwood , west ferry; design of building @ 410 delaware ave. (demolished in 1966); 430 delaware avenue building thomas ramsdell; building @ 85 genesee street (demolished); state national bank @ 8 webster street in north tonawanda; , 1888 maple street baptist mission church (demolished 1980s).; brick house w.c. francis; o.p. rainsdell (sp?) double brick brownstone trimming house on delaware street; *j.m. richmond house near ellicott , seneca streets
