1962: founded athleta juvenis
1994: debuted in maltese third division , renamed pembroke athleta f.c
1996: maltese third division (section b) winners
1998: maltese third , second division knock-out runners up

2011–12 season

a game of note club when pembroke drawn against giants hibernians in maltese fa trophy. pembroke went half time shock score of 2–2 courtesy of goals matthew borg , lydon cilia during second half, endless attacks hibernians proved , despite saves pembroke goalkeeper rodrick debattista , executed goal pembroke captain carlo leonardi, pembroke succumbed hibs , game ended score @ 5–3. during same season, pembroke managed clinch first place in maltese third division , promotion maltese second division. finished in 1st place after managing take 63 points 26 games.


2012–13 season

still led jacques scerri, pembroke prepared first season in maltese second division. john roland emeka club s marquee signing, nigerian striker arriving relegated senglea athletic. other signings included matthew mulholland, jonathan vella, michael ellul, kane micallef , nicholas grima. pembroke started season in incredible form, remaining unbeaten first 7 games, topping table @ 1 point. things went bit sour season reached december though , 3 consecutive losses without scoring cost club.


in end team finished in 7th place, solid mid-table position having won 12, drew 7 , lost 9 of 26 games. throughout season, greys scored total of 42 goals , conceded 30, best defensive record out of sides did not clinch promotion. john roland emeka proved worth ending season club s top scorer 14 goals.


in maltese fa trophy, pembroke once again managed make way third round, beating gozitan side xewkija tigers 3–2. in third round, drawn against premier league club qormi fc. qormi in end triumped score of 5–2 obtained in time. previous year pembroke had made premier league team (who end tournament runners-up) struggle.


in u-19 section of club, youth team made history obtained club s first ever promotion section b after finishing 1st 34 points 18 games.


2013–14 season

following departure of jacques scerri melita f.c., vojko martinovic, had led club s u-17 section promotion top division (section a), installed new manager of team. new signings team included nicholas zammit, mauro grioli, mark borg, adrian caruana, david mamo, aleksandar ribic, lee grima, roberto vella, dylan mintoff , michael borg. carmelo farrugia returned qormi f.c. spend season on loan @ club.


the season began in impressive fashion remained unbeaten until december, when lost 1–0 marsaskala f.c.. nonetheless, powered on , finished in 2nd place in 2nd division behind mqabba, therefore gaining historic promotion maltese 1st division first time in club s history. nicholas zammit finished season club s top scorer 13 goals.


the youths team more successful through season managed incredible promotion top of youth pyramid. mean within 4 seasons, u-19 team had won way section d way section a. more incredibly, team managed dispatch of best youth teams on island including hibernians f.c., mosta f.c., hamruns spartans f.c. , sliema wanderers win youth knock-out competition. 1–0 victory against sliema in final made team first ever in club s history win trophy , first ever section b team triumph in competition.


2014–15 season

the new season saw return of old face, jacques scerri returned club greg degabriele, kenneth portelli , later on in season, mario muscat part of technical staff. new staff came host of new players namely roderick bajada, ayrton azzopardi, ariel laudisi, andrea cassar, ousmane sidibe, carlo mamo, lucky omerou , abubaker bello osagie among others joined long term club players such geoffrey spiteri , matthew calleja cremona.
